Three Circles Exercise

Speed is an important factor in martial art for victory. The Three Circles Exercise, also known as Tai Chi Circle Exercise, is a secret discipline in the Tai Chi Chuan system and works specifically on the body's major joints to increase speed. On this tape, Sifu Vincent Chu teaches the different techniques based on the anatomy of each joint. In each individual technique, the components involved can be: rotate and circulate to the left, right, up, down, front, back, clockwise and counter clockwise. Each technique is done in three dimensions to maximize the stretching of the ligaments, tendons, and muscles that support each joint. Consequently, the joints will become more lubricated, flexible and mobile, and will thus have a larger range of motion at the joints.
