Tai Chi Chuan is a sitting edition of the Pan Gu Tai Chi Chuan(Returning Tai Chi Chuan).
This innovation has great benefit to office workers, senior citizens and people confine to
wheelchair. It was choreographed, named after and in memorial of an intelligent and brave
young man who lost his life to bone cancer. People knew that practicing Tai Chi Chuan can
improve flexibility, agility, vitality balance, coordination, and opening the body's joints
by stretching the ligaments, tendons, and muscle groups. In addition, The AJ Tai Chi Chuan has
a unique feature of harnessing the qi of the universe to improve the body's physiologic organs
condition, including the disease fighting immune system, no other styles of Tai Chi Chuan can do.
This unique feature is the result of integrating the Tai Chi Chuan movements with the extremely
effective qigong known as Pan Gu Mystical Qigong.
