Step Left Foot Backward and Drive Away Monkey

11c. With the body's weight on the right
foot, pick up the left foot step backward.
Bring the right hand back to the right
shoulder, then push the right palm forward
and pull the left hand back to the right hip
with the palm face up and as the same time,
shift the body's weight onto the left foot.
